Your data.

One page. Plain English. What we hold, who touches it, how to get rid of it.

Who we are

logoonme is run by BTNG.studio in the Netherlands. We are the controller of the data described here. Anything you want to ask or change goes to philip@btng.studio and a human reads it.

What we collect

Your email address and password, because you need an account. Whatever you choose to put on your profile: a handle, a display name, a city, your story, the social accounts you say you have. Photos of the object you list, and later the photo proving the logo went on it. If a sticker has to be posted to you, the address you give us for that. Bids, deals and the messages you send the other side.

We do not collect analytics that identify you. We do not buy data about you, and we never sell yours.

What is public

A live listing is public on purpose: the object photos, the zones and prices, your handle, display name, city, story and self-reported socials. Bids are shown on a public ledger with the brand name and amount, because visible bidding is what makes the marketplace trustworthy.

Your email address, your posting address, your payout details and your private messages are never public. A posting address goes to exactly one brand, on one deal, and only once they have paid into escrow.

Who else touches it

Only the companies that make the product work, and only with what they need:

  • Supabase — the database, your login and the photos. Hosted in the United States.
  • Stripe — payments and payouts. They collect payout details directly; we never see your bank account.
  • Cloudflare — sends the emails about your bids and deals.
  • Vercel — runs and serves the site.
  • Plausible — visitor numbers. No cookies, no personal data, which is why there is no cookie banner.
  • Kit — the waitlist, if you joined it.

How long we keep it

Your account and its content stay until you delete them. Proof photos are kept for two years after a placement ends, because they are the evidence behind a payment and a dispute can arrive long after the sticker did. Records of money moving are kept for seven years, which is what Dutch tax law asks of us.

Getting your data, or getting out

Both live on your account page. Download gives you one file with everything we hold. Delete removes your account, your listings, your photos and your messages.

Two honest limits. We cannot delete you in the middle of a live placement or while money is in escrow, because someone on the other side is owed something — finish or cancel the deal first. And completed deals leave behind an anonymised financial record with no name, email or photo attached, because we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can see your data, correct it, take it elsewhere, delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Email philip@btng.studio and we will sort it within a month, usually the same week. If we handle it badly you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will email you rather than quietly editing it.
